Removal of two underground storage tanks for the Navy required engineering design, permitting and construction resources to execute the project as well as a site health and safety plan and work plan. Backfilling the tank excavation required soil testing to verify the material was clean. Site restoration was completed by placing sod and repairing existing concrete.
